Giving Thanks this Thanksgiving!!!

Greetings Friend,

You are invited to CMDA's meeting this Friday @ 5pm in Rm 612, entitled "Giving Thanks this Thanksgiving!!!" As many of you know, CMDA at NYUCD has partnered with The Bowery Mission (http://www.bowery.org/) in order to exemplify Christ-like compassion and care for the less fortunate. This Friday, we will learn more about what The Bowery Mission does, while discussing thankfulness and the spiritual discipline of gratitude!

Every Thanksgiving season The Bowery Mission distributes "Blessing Bags" containing personal hygiene items and other necessities to the men and women they serve. CMDA desires for our service and generosity to truly be a blessing for those in need this holiday season!

All of the following items are welcomed:

Soap
Deodorant
Shampoo
Toothbrush
Toothpaste
Razors
Shaving Cream
Hats
Gloves
Socks
Underwear (M-XXL most needed)
Individually wrapped, healthy snack
plastic grocery bags
